Residential Solutions team of professional inspectors utilize only the industry-leading tools and technology during your inspection. We use state-of-the-art tools such as infrared, moisture meters, thermal imaging, plumbing leak detection devices, and electrical system testing equipment. Our highly trained Home Inspectors and Property Preservation specialists are why we can offer timely and accurate results within budget. Our team communicates closely with our clients to ensure that our service is nothing less than superior. Digital professional reports are submitted same day!
Although our company also performs property preservation and a full spectrum of renovations, we do not perform any repairs on properties that we inspect for a period of 12 months. Following our standards of practice, we will not be able to refer any companies to repair any issues we identify during a home inspection for a period of 12 months.
